Danielle Manton is a 49 year old Certified Personal Trainer, Health & Nutrition Coach who is passionate about using science based protocols to acheive your health and fitness goals.
Whether you are a beginner and want to learn how to lift weights correctly and safely, or whether you want to gain muscle mass and strength, lose body fat, visceral fat or improve your cardio fitness Danielle will support you every step of the way.
Danielle is particularly passionate about mid-life health and fitness and supporting women with evidence based programs to thrive in midlife and through peri menopause and menopause. With lived experience Danielle provides support and empathy to feel vibrant again and age with strength.

1:1 in person Personal Training from Jetts Miranda Gym in Sydney Australia. 60 minute or 30 minute sessions.

Mid-life and beyond brings unique health and fitness challenges to us all. Specialist Peri-Menopause and Menopause and Male Mid-life programs based on science to age well.
Nutrition Coaching
Whether you want to build muscle, lose body fat, lose visceral fat, maintain your weight or gain weight, what you eat is the missing link. We calculate your energy intake and macro nutrients for your goals and you have access to hundreds of recipes and a tailored meal plan so you always know exactly what to eat.
Habit Coaching
Your results are the sum of your habits. Become the person you want to be with habit coaching and accountability and support.
Online Personal Training
Can't get to the gym or committ to session times but need a coach and program and accountability? Online personal training includes a tailored program, check ins and accountability to reach your goals.
